Tiffany is currently Vice President of Sales at Carahsoft Technology. Under her leadership her team revenue grew from $0 in 2011 to over $800 million YTD in 2025. She led onboarding efforts for over 60 new partnerships this year alone and over 350 during her time with the company. This included negotiations with new companies and being a key contributor to sales and marketing planning. Tiffany works to open doors to new business opportunities within the public sector and helps organize hundreds of educational events each year.
Tiffany has a passion for mentorship; she recently completed her MBA at William and Mary; she wrote her MBA master’s thesis on the importance of mentorship for women. She presented her paper this year at Carahsoft’s Women in IT Day to socialize mentoring best practices. As an active mentor herself Tiffany has personally nurtured 36 emerging leaders at Carahsoft, 22 of whom are women. She championed them for promotion and awards, including recognition by CRN Women of the Channel, Geospatial Rising Star, and others.
Tiffany has been recognized for her leadership, recently being awarded mentor of the year by CRN and was on the list of ‘Top 80 Women in Technology’ by Women of the Channel. She is passionate about this topic and enjoys speaking on mentoring and networking at events across the country.
